User Activity Tracking and Analysis with Amplitude
In this article, we discuss user activity statistics from our product analytics tool, Amplitude. This tool allows us to track and analyze platform usage to obtain actionable data on user behavior. For more advanced needs, additional statistics are also available upon request.
Description of KPIs
Total Users
Total number of platform users, including occupants and managers. This data is updated daily and provides an overview of all active users.
Total Users per Day (Last 90 Days)
Evolution of the number of daily users over the last 90 days. This KPI helps visualize daily usage trends.
Last Month Active Users
Total number of active users last month, excluding the current month. This indicator helps analyze monthly user engagement.
Daily Active Users (Last 90 Days)
Ratio of users who use the platform daily over a 90-day period. This indicator is essential for tracking engagement and regular platform usage.
Cumulated Number of Sessions (Last 90 Days)
Total number of sessions generated by users over the last 90 days. It helps analyze usage frequency and login recurrence.
Distribution of Session Length
Distribution of user sessions by duration. This metric helps understand whether sessions are long, short, or intermittent and identifies potential optimization points on the platform.
Other KPIs Available Upon Request
In addition to the above indicators, more detailed KPIs are available upon request to meet specific needs, including:
