Customization Elements for White-Label Application Use

Note

A white-label application is a product or service that we develop for you, which is then rebranded and offered under your own name or brand.

The idea behind this concept is that you can provide a ready-to-use solution to your users without investing in the development of the application itself.

To benefit from our white-label app, you need to provide us with the following customization elements:
  • A favicon in multiple dimensions:
    • 16x16 pixels
    • 32x32 pixels
    • 48x48 pixels
    • 50x50 pixels
    • 180x180 pixels
  • A logo that:
    • is square (1024x1024 pixels)
    • comes with and without a transparent background
    • is in SVG format (if these elements are not available, we will try to work with a simple square logo in PNG format)
  • A domain name
This domain name allows you to customize the URL for your web platform. Your personalized domain name will replace [myplatform] in the URL format [myplatform].witco.app.

Customization Elements for App Store Publication

Your application will be published on Google Play and Apple's App Store, but you need to send us identification and description elements required by these stores:

  • App title
  • A subtitle (maximum 30 characters)
  • A list of keywords to facilitate search
  • A description of your application

(Optional) Roles and Permissions

By default, your application includes two user groups:

  • Managers, who manage the platform, configure modules, and create content
  • Occupants, who are the end-users of the platform and generally cannot modify its structure or content

Before setting up your application, if you want additional profiles, you can send us a list, which should include:

  • The name of the profile
  • The permissions associated with this profile

(Optional) Interactive Map

You can integrate a map into your application to allow users to visualize workspaces on a map and book them directly from it.

This feature is optional and contractually planned. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.

By gathering this information and sending it to our team, you will enable us to configure your Witco platform optimally, meeting your specific needs. Each element mentioned plays a crucial role in the customization and deployment of your application, whether it involves legal data, visual customization, or advanced features.

Our goal is to offer you a turnkey solution that not only simplifies the management of your buildings but also enhances the user experience for all your employees and occupants.
