Managing Messages in Manager Messaging

Your mailbox is divided into 2 parts :

  1. Manager tab

    • This tab corresponds to the shared messaging between all the managers in your building. The goal is for all managers to have the same level of information regarding occupant requests in order to streamline the request resolution process,

    • If you are assigned to manage a particular contact topic, your photo or initials will appear in the Treated by column. If no one is assigned to a topic, nothing will appear in this column.

  2. Private tab

    • This tab corresponds to your private messaging

    • It allows you to send private messages to occupants or other managers

    • Only you have access to your private mailbox.
