The Managers module allows you to manage the profiles of your employees.

Here are the main features that will be described in this article:

• Invite a manager to a building
• Manage the role and rights of a manager
• Remove a manager from a building

Invite a manager to a building

After clicking the Register button, a green banner with the message Manager successfully invited will be displayed.

If the manager has not received the invitation, it can be resent by clicking Resend invitation.

After clicking on the Confirm button, a green banner with the message Mail invitation sent will be displayed.

Once the occupant is invited, you can also add them to other buildings.

Manage the roles and rights of a manager

Changes made are automatically saved, so there is no Save button.

Remove a manager from a building

After clicking the Delete button, a green banner with the message Manager access to this building has been successfully deleted will be displayed.

If the manager is registered on several buildings, it is possible to delete him/her from one or more buildings without having to completely delete his/her account.

As in the previous step, a green banner with the message The manager's access to this building has been successfully deleted will be displayed after clicking on the Delete button.
