This module empowers you to define the roles of all users within the application, along with their corresponding permissions.
Designed for application managers, it allows them to:
- Add an occupant role.
- Add a manager role.
- Define the specific rights associated with each role across different modules.
When consulting the module, you'll have clear visibility into the roles of occupants and managers.
For each of these roles, you also have the option of:
- Edit
- Duplicate
- Delete
Edit a role:

To edit a role, first fill in the following information:
- Role name
- Building(s) on which the role is active
- Description (optional)
2ļøā£Manage rights
Once this information has been entered, you can then manage the rights of this role for each of the modules activated in your application.
For example, here, for the ānews feedā module, a manager has the following rights:
Occupants generally have more restricted rights:
You can also create additional occupant roles. For instance, if there's a communications manager, you can duplicate the existing āOccupantā role and name it āCommunications Managerā. When duplicating, ensure to fill in the initial information. Regarding permissions:
- 'News Feedā module: Enable all permissions.
- Other modules: Keep them unchanged, granting the same permissions as the standard occupants.

Create a role:
The creation of a role involves exactly the same steps as editing a role.
