How to create and send an invoice manually ?

  1. Go on the tab Invoices

  2. Click on Create an invoice/credit note

  3. Stay on the tab Invoices

  4. Fill in the billing information (you do not have to select a Unit)

  5. Click on Save & Send the invoice then Send

  6. The invoice appears in the list of invoices in status To be paid and an email is sent to the email address configured in the field Email of the administrator in the details of the company.

You have the option to create an invoice and save it as a draft. This way, only you can see it until you mark it as "to pay". If you choose this option, an email will be sent to the "admin email" address once the status has been changed to "to pay".
