SUMMARY

• The occupant cannot use the credits on the Marketplace
• The occupant cannot use the credits on the Reservation module

Occupant is unable to use credits on the Marketplace

1. Check that the credits are in the authorized means of payment on the item

   • Go on the tab Marketplace

   • Click on the icon of the service on which you want to verify that the credits are offered

   •  Go to the step 4

   • Make sure that the check mark The service or product/service can be paid by credits in the Available Payment Methods section is enabled.

2. Check the company's credit amount

   • Go on the tab Company

   • Click on the company of the occupant who cannot use credits

   • Verify that the company has enough credits to make its purchase in the Rooms and Services Credits and/or Printing Credits section.

3. Verify that the occupant has the right to use company credits

   • Go on the tab Occupants

   • Find the occupant who cannot use the credits of his company

   • In the Rights tab, make sure that the User can use company credits right is checked.

The occupant cannot use the credits on the Reservation module

1. Verify that the credits appear in the authorized means of payment on the resource

   • Go on the tab Reservation

   • Click on the icon of the resource on which you want to check that the credits are offered

   • Go to the step 3

   • Make sure that the Resource can be paid with credits checkbox in the Available payment methods section is enabled.

2. Check the company's credit amount

   • Go to the tab Company

   • Click on the company of the occupant who cannot use credits

   •  

     Verify that the company has enough credits to make its purchase in the Rooms and Services Credits and/or Printing Credits section.

3. Verify that the occupant has the right to use company credits

   • Go the tab Occupant

   • Find the occupant who cannot use the credits of his company

   •  

     In the Rights tab, make sure that the User can use company credits right is checked.
