Managing Occupant Bookings: Accepting, Declining, and Verifying

Managing a reservation means accepting or rejecting it when it is subject to validation.

  • Go to the Booking module,
  • Manage bookings
  • Then click on  
  • Click on Validation pending in the menu on your right,
  • To manage a reservation, click Validate or Reject.

Review and accept a reservation

  • Go to the Booking module,
  • Manage bookings
  • You can apply the filters to allow you to see bookingsPending Validation,
  • You can check the reservation details before validating,
  • Then, simply click on the booking, edit it and click on Confirm,
  • If this is a recurring reservation, you have the option to accept only the current reservation or all occurrences. 

 

Decline a reservation

For a variety of reasons, you can choose to decline a reservation.

  • Go to the Booking module,
  • Manage bookings
  • You can apply the filters to allow you to see bookingsPending Validation,
  • Then, simply click on the reservation, edit it and click on the trash can icon,
  • Finally, you just need to confirm your choice, as a last step.
